Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely hiring while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Manpower Planning & Reporting
- Support annual manpower planning, headcount tracking, and workforce forecasting activities.
- Monitor vacancies, hiring progress, and manpower movements to ensure alignment with approved budgets and business requirements.
- Prepare and analyze recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and workforce insights to support decision-making.
Stakeholder Management & Employer Branding
- Collaborate closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to achieve recruitment objectives.
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns, career fairs, campus engagement, and employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and external partners to ensure effective hiring outcomes.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, labour regulations, and governance requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and support audit requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
