Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Handle full sets of account and responsible for accounting documentations.
  • Assist in daily AP and ensure all invoices, claims and payments are processed on time.
  • Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with system.
  • Maintains accounting databases by entering data into AutoCount, processing backups
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  • Support payroll processing and statutory submissions when required.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
  • Prepare online banking transactions and payment schedules for approval.
  • Monitor payment due dates and ensure timely payments to suppliers and service providers.
  • Assist with audits and preparation of financial reports.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks (e.g., photocopying, filing, assisting with mailings).
  • Any other ad-hoc assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software is preferred
  • Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
