Summary
The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate warehouse inventory management, maintaining system stock integrity, and supporting daily warehouse operations, stock audits, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to Supervisor; support daily review of inventory activities by Inventory Manager.
• Perform physical stock counts, audits (empty location/put-away), and reconcile system vs physical stock.
• Execute daily inventory transactions (receiving, issuing, transferring, stock adjustments).
• Maintain accurate records in Oracle Warehouse Management System.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, overstock, or discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Support stock reconciliation during month-end, period-end, and annual audits.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, compliance, and support ad-hoc tasks; may work rotating shifts.

Requirements

• Urgent hiring (Onboarding required in June/July 2026)
• Open to all races (new headcount)
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations (mandatory)
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, email); WMS/ERP experience is an advantage
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment and perform physical stock checks
• Must be willing to work flexible shift schedules

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
