Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Maintain and organize company documents, records, and filing systems.
  • Enter and update data accurately in company systems.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and other administrative documents.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence.
  • Assist with document control and record management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when required.
  • Support office operations and perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative or clerical experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,750.00 per month
