Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Business Development Freelancer, specializing in Talent Acquisition and Streamer Management. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing a pipeline of live-streamers. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet monthly recruitment quotas and ensure your recruits meet specific performance milestones.

Responsibilities

• Source, pitch, and onboard a minimum of 10 active streamers per month
• Utilize social media, talent agencies, ad online communities to build a continuous pipeline of potential talent
• Monitoring and ensure that every successfully recruited streamer fulfills their minimum monthly requirement of 156 streaming hours
• Track and report weekly metrics on recruitment pipelines, active streaming hours, and successfully converted milestones.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Talent Acquisition, or Creator/Influencer Agency Management. (Experience in the live-streaming, gaming, entertainment industry is highly preferred)
• Fluent in English & Mandarin (liaise with diverse clients)
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month
