About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Mega City Builder Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a full-time member of our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales and marketing strategies, helping to promote our brand and secure new customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing plans to promote our products and services

2. Managing a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure targets are met

3. Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends

4. Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners

5. Overseeing the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, website content and social media campaigns

6. Analysing sales and marketing data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement

7. Collaborating with the broader leadership team to align sales and marketing activities with the company's overall objectives

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales and marketing management role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry

2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

5. Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

6. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

7. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
