We’re looking for a product-minded Senior Business Analyst with deep F&B or operations experience who thrives at translating complex, real-world workflows into scalable digital solutions that drive impact from kitchen to customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and align business requirements, project scope, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Lead vendor selection, contract management, and oversee vendor delivery performance.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, including timelines, resources, dependencies, and budgets.
• Drive end-to-end project execution across internal teams and external partners.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while resolving issues to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, technical specifications, and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage scope changes through structured change control processes.
• Apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on project needs.
• Lead governance forums and steering committee meetings, providing clear updates and recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Lead and guide project teams, ensuring accountability, focus, and performance.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and post-implementation reviews.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex, end-to-end technology or platform implementation projects.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, system integration, and software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• Experience in industries with high operational complexity and integrated systems, such as aviation, retail chains, F&B chains, logistics, telecommunications, or financial services.
• Candidates from operations-driven environments with centralized systems (e.g., central kitchen, large-scale catering, multi-outlet retail or supply chain operations) are advantageous.
• Experience in digital transformation, ERP, POS, or large-scale system/platform implementation is strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Ability to manage risks, resolve complex issues, and deliver under tight timelines.
• Experience working in Hybrid environments (Agile and Waterfall).
