About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospital Aide to join our team at the Kuantan Clinical Diagnostic Centre Sdn Bhd in Kuantan District, Pahang. As a Hospital Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients. What you'll be doing

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility

• Maintaining a clean and organised patient environment, including making beds, tidying rooms, and replenishing supplies

• Transporting patients to and from different areas of the hospital, such as the laboratory or imaging department

• Providing administrative support, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing medical records

• Communicating effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience

• Assisting with basic medical procedures, as directed by nursing staff

• Adhering to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
