Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement workplace safety and health programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and prepare reports.
• Organize safety training, toolbox meetings, and awareness programs.
• Monitor and maintain safety records, permits, and documentation.
• Liaise with government authorities, external auditors, and relevant stakeholders on safety matters.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees.
• Assist in emergency response planning and evacuation drills.
• Support environmental and health-related initiatives within the company.

Requirements

• Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in safety and health, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Possess a valid OSH Coordinator Certificate is preferred.
• Knowledge of Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and workplace safety practices.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and work effectively with employees at all levels.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
