• Assist in preparing ingredients for Nyonya dishes (e.g. rempah, sambal, sauces)
• Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Prepare daily mise en place as instructed by Chef De Partie of Sous Chef.
• Keep the kitchen workspace and equipment clean, organized, and hygienic to meet health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with other senior chefs, assist with their duties, and communicate effectively to ensure smooth service.
• At least 1 year experience in Hotel's Kitchen is needed.
