Klinik Bukit Serdang is a healthcare clinic located in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. Managed by Pinnacle of Success Sdn Bhd (SSM *************7), the clinic provides a range of medical services, including general healthcare, occupational health services, and women's health services.

We are a growing clinic in Seri Kembangan looking for a confident, people-focused individual to be the face of our clinic — handling complex patient enquiries, converting leads into appointments, and driving sales of our health packages and services.

Our AI chatbot handles routine enquiries. Your job is to handle what the bot can't — relationship building, consultation, and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex or high-value patient enquiries (walk-in, WhatsApp, phone)
• Follow up on leads and convert them into appointments or packages
• Upsell and recommend relevant health services/packages
• Maintain patient relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with clinical team on patient flow

COMPENSATION

• Basic: RM2,300~2,600/month
• Commission: 2% on sales closed
• Total potential: RM3,000–4,500+/month based on performance

WORKING HOURS
Monday – Saturday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Confident communicator — in person, on phone, and via WhatsApp
• Sales-minded with a warm, professional bedside manner
• Able to work independently without handholding
• Experience in clinic, wellness, aesthetic, or service sales is an advantage
• Calm under pressure — our environment is busy and fast-paced
