About UsMClean Plastic Engineering Sdn Bhd is a growing plastic manufacturing company specializing in plastic injection molding and engineering plastic solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our customer base, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Malaysia and overseas markets.
• Generate new sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and business reports.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain accurate sales records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Account Management.
• Experience in plastic injection molding, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial products will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
