ACCOUNT & ADMIN ASSISTANT
- Location: Balakong, Seri Kembangan
- Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500 per month
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Invoicing & Billing
- Assist in preparing and issuing customer invoices accurately and on a timely basis.
- Transfer and email invoices to customers.
- Maintain proper invoicing records and filing.
2. Credit & Debit Note Administration
- Assist in processing Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN).
- Prepare and update Goods Return Notes (GRN) and related documentation.
- Ensure supporting documents are properly filed and maintained.
3. E-Invoice Support
- Update and maintain customer e-invoice information and records.
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of e-invoices and Credit Notes for submission to LHDN.
- Ensure supporting documents are complete and properly maintained.
4. Debtor Administration
- Maintain accurate debtor records and customer information.
- Follow up on missing or incomplete customer details.
- Assist in debtor account reconciliation and collection monitoring.
5. Administrative Support
- Organize and maintain accounting and administrative documents.
- Manage filing systems, records, and document archiving.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance and Administration Department.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing, debtor management, and e-invoicing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
