Job Description

Responsibilities

ACCOUNT & ADMIN ASSISTANT

  • Location: Balakong, Seri Kembangan
  • Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500 per month
  • Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Invoicing & Billing

  • Assist in preparing and issuing customer invoices accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Transfer and email invoices to customers.
  • Maintain proper invoicing records and filing.

2. Credit & Debit Note Administration

  • Assist in processing Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN).
  • Prepare and update Goods Return Notes (GRN) and related documentation.
  • Ensure supporting documents are properly filed and maintained.

3. E-Invoice Support

  • Update and maintain customer e-invoice information and records.
  • Assist in the preparation and consolidation of e-invoices and Credit Notes for submission to LHDN.
  • Ensure supporting documents are complete and properly maintained.

4. Debtor Administration

  • Maintain accurate debtor records and customer information.
  • Follow up on missing or incomplete customer details.
  • Assist in debtor account reconciliation and collection monitoring.

5. Administrative Support

  • Organize and maintain accounting and administrative documents.
  • Manage filing systems, records, and document archiving.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance and Administration Department.
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing, debtor management, and e-invoicing processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
