Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Support

* Coordinate recruitment and interview scheduling

* Prepare offer letters and employment documentation

* Assist with payroll administration and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)

* Maintain employee records and attendance tracking

* Support KPI monitoring and performance documentation

Finance & Accounts Support

* Assist with accounts payable and receivable entries

* Support monthly financial reporting

* Track expenses and payment schedules

* Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external service providers

* Maintain proper accounting documentation and records

Operations & Administration

* Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities

* Assist in SOP documentation and process improvement initiatives

* Monitor inventory reports and operational data

* Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and service providers

* Support management in project execution and special assignments

Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field

* Minimum 1 year of administrative experience preferred

* Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality

* Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
