Marketive is an AI-native marketing agency serving US consumer and B2B brands across paid media, email, and e-commerce. We run deliberately lean — a small senior team, supported by an internal AI operating platform we built to run the agency end to end. The agency is profitable and the client base is retained. The next chapter is growth under a General Manager who runs it as their own.

The Role
You run the business day-to-day: client relationships, delivery, the team, paid-media performance, and the P&L. This is a hands-on leadership seat, not management from a distance — you're as comfortable in the ad accounts as you are on a client call. You start as General Manager and grow toward Managing Director and partner as the business grows under you.

Responsibilities

• Own the US client relationships and retention — you're the person clients call
• Run delivery across the full engagement cycle — strategy, campaigns, creative, reporting
• Drive paid-media performance hands-on across Google, Meta, and Amazon (US market)
• Lead the team — coordination, quality, cadence
• Own the P&L — account economics, agency margin, growth decisions

What We're Looking For

• You've operated, not just managed — you've run an agency, a consultancy, an in-house team, or your own venture, where delivery, clients, and team moved because of you. A doer who leads, not a manager who delegates the work.
• Hands-on in paid media — you build and read campaigns yourself across Google, Meta, and Amazon. Experience with US or international accounts is a strong plus.
• Fluent in the economics — LTV/CAC and margin-aware ROAS are how you think; you can say where an account makes money and where it leaks.
• AI-native — you work with AI tools by instinct and treat them as leverage.
• An owner at heart — drawn to upside over salary; self-directed, and motivated by building something that becomes partly yours.

Compensation & Location
Base + revenue share + equity, weighted toward ownership and discussed openly in the first conversations. Strong by market standards for the right person. Malaysia-based, fully remote, working with US clients.

Pay: From RM250,000.00 per year
