Provide Consultation, printing advices and produce item such any paper and card printing, billboard, packaging and marketing item. We had move ahead to give better result and quality. We progress through knowledges and experiences and built customer trusted. We need a strong team to fulfil the company accomplishment. We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and committed individual to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and feedback via telephone calls, walk-in customers, email, and WhatsApp
• Respond to customer questions regarding products, pricing, and order details
• Provide basic consultation and product recommendations based on customer needs
• Data entry, and updating reports
• Assist with daily customer inquiries
• Related to the sales & production consultation
• Simple artwork review
• Open sales order or Quotation

Requirements:

• Good customer service and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge in graphic design Adobe Illustrator, PDF, Photoshop, Canva and Chatgpt
• Friendly, helpful, and service-oriented attitude
• Fast learner and willing to learn new skills
• Punctual, well-groomed, and responsible
• Willing to assist with various tasks and not calculative
• Cheerful personality with a pleasant appearance
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Prior experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
