• Understand the Industrial Effluent Treatment System Plant operation.
• Able to perform titration test for Hydrochloric Acid (HCL) concentration.
• Able to operate vertical packed tower scrubber under supervision.
• Able to manage and handle schedule waste according to SOP.
• Fully understand the purpose and controlling HCL test.
• Able to go through IETS plant inspection and vertical packed tower scrubber for filing up checklist.
• Able to understand the process flow of IETS and vertical packed tower scrubber.
• Able to understand the basic requirement to be complied with Malaysian Law when handling schedule waste and chemical.
• To assist in monitoring the waste management system within the organization by ensuring scheduled waste generated in respective area to be collected and dumped in the designated bin with the proper labelling, waste segregated in designated area, update the quantity of scheduled waste.
• To assist Environmental Executive in performing all aspect of sampling, monitoring required to maintain compliance with Local regulations governing the Noise Emission.
• To assist Environmental Executive in performing in monitoring the maintenance process for the sewage water that will be performed by external provider Indah Water.
• Able to understand the objective of operation in environmental aspect and impacts.
• Ensuring that the quality and environmental management system conforms to the requirement of ISO9001:2015 & ISO14001:2015
• Management of Safety, 5S & ISO
• Follow all safety procedures & regulations and ensure safe work environment.
• Implement and participate actively in 5S activities for the Department & Organization.
• Support other key strategic 5S programs where necessary.
• Adhere to ISO standards compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
