Job Description:

• Supervise the production team and monitor production activity according to the production schedule, output and SOP/Work Instructions.
• Plan daily, weekly production schedule.
• Ensure availability of resources for efficiency production run and quality products.
• Prepared required production reports and manpower shift schedule.
• Provide an effective skill training to production operators/subordinates and identify training needs for subordinates.
• Closely monitors production performance against the schedule and take immediate corrective action in the case of non-conformance.
• Ensure predictive and preventive maintenance job list is closely followed as scheduled.
• Collect and analyse daily shift logs and plan job lists.
• People management, manpower planning and disciplinary handling.
• Motivate and promote team spirits amongst subordinates and peers.
• Create a conducive safe work environment and cultivate spirit of “Safety First”.
• Implementation and Management of Safety, 5S & ISO

Job Requirements:

• Min Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or Science or equivalent.
• Min 5 years working experience in related field supervising production team.
• Good supervisory, communication, problem solving, planning and organizing skills.
• Knowledge in computer and MS Office.
• Willing to work shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Supervising: 5 years (Preferred)
