Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, performance management, talent management, and HR compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the company’s business objectives and operational needs.
- Oversee manpower planning, workforce budgeting, recruitment strategies, and employee retention plans to support company growth.
- Lead talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
- Design, plan, and manage training and development programs to improve employee capability, productivity, and management effectiveness.
- Manage the full performance management cycle, including KPI setting, appraisal review, performance improvement plans, and employee development plans.
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to management and department heads on HR planning, employee relations, disciplinary matters, organisational structure, and labour law compliance.
- Lead and guide the HR team to ensure effective daily HR operations and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and best HR practices.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis, turnover analysis, and management updates for decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or senior HR leadership role.
- Strong experience in full-spectrum HR management and solid knowledge of the six HR modules.
- Proven experience in talent management, training and development, performance management, and team management.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour law, industrial relations, HR compliance, and employee relations handling.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or related environments will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently, lead a team, and support both strategic and operational HR matters.
- Mandarin-speaking ability will be an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
