Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our client services team. In this role, you will be the day-to-day point of contact for employees who are employed with our clients.

You will be responsible for managing employee documentation, coordinating payroll updates, supporting new joiner onboarding, and responding to queries from both clients and their employees. You will also assist with training coordination, team building activities and HRDC-related submissions.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys structured HR operations, employee support and helping people navigate employment-related matters professionally.

You will work closely with our internal payroll team, HR consultants, client stakeholders and client employees. The role requires strong follow-up, good documentation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple employee updates accurately and on time.

Working Arrangement

This is a work-from-home role, with a requirement to return to the office once a month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, update and maintain HR documents, employee records and leave records for client employees.
  • Act as the point of contact for client employees on HR-related matters and respond to employee queries in a timely, professional and helpful manner.
  • Update the payroll team on employee movements and monthly changes, including new joiners, resignations, leave, claims, salary adjustments and other payroll-related updates.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new joiners, including collection of personal details, employment documents, bank details and statutory information.
  • Conduct onboarding for new joiners and ensure they have a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Ensure client requests, employee matters and pending actions are properly tracked and followed through until completion.
  • Assist in the coordination of public training, in-house training and team building programmes for clients.
  • Assist with HRDC-related submissions, documentation and follow-up where required.
  • Assist in HR projects, internal documentation, reporting and other operational tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee services or a related HR support role.
  • Good understanding of basic HR processes such as onboarding, employee documentation, leave, claims, resignation and payroll updates.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
