Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Clerk to support daily accounting operations.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform daily accounting data entry in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Handle and manage Accounts Payable (AP) functions including invoice checking, recording, and payment tracking.
3. Process staff claims: collect submissions, verify supporting documents, follow up on missing item and arrange claims payment accordingly.
4. Maintain proper records and documentation for all transactions.
5. Perform basic reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and proper account balances.
6. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Senior Manager from time-to-time.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
2. Preferably 2 years or more working experience in an accounting-related role.
3. Proficient in using Accounting Software (UBS) and Microsoft Excel.
4. Strong attention to detail, good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
5. Able to work independently and also as part of a team.
6. Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
