Koporim Development Hiring! Full Time Accountant in Sabah, Earn up to MYR 7,000 - Ricebowl

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team. This role requires someone who is able to handle full set accounts for different types of businesses, including property development, retail, FFB, property rental, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounts department
• Handle full set accounts, including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and supporting schedules
• Prepare audit schedules and assist with audit matters
• Prepare timely accounting and financial reports
• Monitor costs, expenses, and cash flow to ensure efficient business operations
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure accounting records are updated monthly in UBS Accounting System with proper supporting documents
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / LCCI in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Relevant experience in handling full set accounts
• Experience in property development accounting is an added advantage
• Proficient in UBS Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance
• Independent, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
