We are a diversified group of companies seeking a versatile and highly organized Accounts Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts of multiple business entities. Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Entity Accounting: Manage the day-to-day accounting functions for various business units, including posting and processing journal entries.
• Financial Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and ensure all transactions are captured correctly across different ledgers.
• Period-End Closing: Support the full spectrum of month-end and year-end closing processes for multiple entities.
• System Management: Utilize SAGE UBS to manage financial data, ensuring integrity and high standards of reporting.
• Documentation Mastery: Establish and maintain a systematic and efficient filing system for all financial records, invoices, and statutory documents.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management and cross-functional teams to resolve financial queries and support business operations.

Requirements

• Education: Professional accounting qualifications (CAT, LCCI, Diploma/Degree in Accounting) or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting. Experience handling "Group" accounts or multiple entities is a strong advantage.
• Software: High proficiency in SAGE UBS accounting software and MS Excel.
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of financial statements, with a high degree of accuracy in recording and analyzing financial data.
• Adaptability: Proven ability to handle varied accounting tasks across different business sectors with a high level of confidentiality.
• Soft Skills: A self-motivated team player who is meticulous, organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
