Production Planner

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Production Planning, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. Monitor, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• IT background with the ability to analyze system data, generate reports, and support system improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory control, and material planning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans to optimize machine and manpower utilization.
• Manage ERP system transactions related to production planning and inventory control.
• Analyze production data and prepare planning reports for management review.
• Coordinate material requirements with Purchasing and Warehouse teams.
• Support ERP system enhancement projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure production plans are aligned with capacity, inventory, and customer demand.
• Identify planning issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and on-time delivery.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
