As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail‑oriented Bookkeeping Assistant to support our financial operations and ensure accurate record‑keeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Reconcile bank statements and company credit card accounts.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Monitor project budgets and flag discrepancies to management.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors regarding billing and payments.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards, tax regulations, and labor laws.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (construction industry experience a plus).
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Intuit, Buildertrend, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. compliance requirements related to payroll, tax filings, and financial reporting.
• Availability to work within PST business hours (9am-5pm)
