Job Opportunity: Sales Executive (Top 10 Property Developer)

We are a leading property developer seeking dynamic and driven Sales Executives to join our growing team in Seremban S2.

Position Details

* Role: Sales Executive

* Location: Seremban S2, Malaysia

Compensation & Benefits

* Basic Salary: RM 2,000

* Petrol & Toll Allowance: up to RM 1,000 per month

* Dental & Spectacle Allowance

* Medical Claim

* Commission: 2–3% (RM 5,000 – RM 30,000 monthly potential)

* EPF, SOCSO & Other statutory contributions provided

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell property projects to prospective buyers

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support

Requirements

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English

* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
