SaverBro is looking for a driven and people-centered HR Exec to help build, strengthen, and protect our team culture as we continue to grow across Sabah and Malaysia.

This role is not only about recruitment or administration. It is about becoming the person who helps our people grow, keeps the team aligned, improves discipline, supports leadership, and builds a workplace where performance, ownership, and heart can exist together.

As our HR Exec, you will work closely with management, branch leaders, and team members to ensure SaverBro has the right people, the right structure, the right culture, and the right systems to support our expansion.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead recruitment, onboarding, staff documentation, and HR administration.

* Support branch leaders in managing team performance, attendance, discipline, and accountability.

* Build and improve HR SOPs, staff policies, training systems, and people development plans.

* Help create a positive, high-performance company culture based on ownership, teamwork, discipline, and growth.

* Handle staff concerns, conflict resolution, and internal communication professionally.

* Monitor staff performance together with leadership through scorecards, reviews, and feedback.

* Support staff motivation, recognition, retention, and career growth.

* Ensure company rules, HR processes, and employment practices are properly followed.

* Assist management in building a stronger leadership pipeline across all branches.
