• Branch Operations - Manage and monitor daily branch operations while ensuring compliance with company SOPs.
• Inventory Management - Control inventory levels, minimize shrinkage, and ensure product availability.
• Employee Management - Manage employee schedules, performance, discipline, and training.
• Branch Coordination - Communicate and collaborate with branch leaders to ensure smooth operations and assist in resolving branch-related issues.
• Management Reporting - Regularly report operational, sales, inventory, manpower, and critical issues to management.
• Branch Performance Monitoring - Evaluate branch performance and ensure corrective and improvement actions are implemented.
• Premises Safety - Ensure a safe working environment and minimize potential workplace hazards.
• KPDN Compliance - Ensure compliance with pricing, promotional activities, and regulations set by KPDN.
• Government Agency Liaison - Liaise with authorities such as local councils, Ministry of Health, Fire and Rescue Department, and other relevant agencies.
• Licenses & Permits - Ensure all business licenses and permits remain valid and are renewed within the required timelines.
• Merchandising - Ensure product displays and store layouts comply with company standards.
• Premises Maintenance - Monitor and coordinate maintenance work for buildings, equipment, and store facilities.
• Vendor Management - Liaise with contractors and suppliers regarding repair and maintenance works.
• Problem Resolution - Identify and take immediate action to resolve branch operational issues.
• Government Program Management - Coordinate, monitor, and ensure the smooth implementation of MyKasih and Jualan Rahmah programs at branch level.
• Advertising & Promotion (A&P) Management - Manage and ensure all Advertising & Promotion (A&P) activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
