Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
Salary: RM2,500/month

Energy Workforce is seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Business Development Executive to support the growth of our NDT Inspection, Third-Party Inspection Services, and Manpower Supply business within the Marine, Petrochemical, and Oil & Gas industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for NDT Inspection, Third-Party Inspection Services, and Manpower Supply.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Liaise between clients, technical teams, and operations teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and pricing strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Participate in tender clarification meetings and follow up on business opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain and manage customer, contract, and lead databases.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and business development reports for management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing ongoing activities and projects from initiation to completion.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets/KPIs.
• Travel as and when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with a passion for sales and business development are highly encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, inspection services, or manpower supply is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and decision-makers at various organizational levels.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel when required.
