Responsibilities

Job ResponsibilitiesAdministration

  • Handle general office administrative tasks (filing, data entry, documentation).
  • Assist in preparing letters, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and provide support to customers/suppliers.
  • Support management in daily office operations and reporting.
  • Perform outside office duties when required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Experience with MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, AutoCount) is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
