Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role located in Seri Kembangan. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting cost planning and cost control, and maintaining accurate cost reporting. The role involves working closely with project teams to ensure budget adherence and efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure projects stay within budget limits
• Experience with preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various projects
• Strong skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to monitor and evaluate financial performance
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in geosynthetics, construction, or related industries is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
