LOCATION: Presint 15, 62050 Putrajaya, Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya

Responsible for overseeing the entire operation. When we say the entire operation, we mean planning, directing, and leading the organization. Tasks include oversight of food preparation, management of line staff and dishwashers, inventory and purchasing, menu creation and pricing, food and staff budgeting, staff scheduling and kitchen safety and cleanliness maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

• On a day-to-day basis, you’ll plan, organize and control the busy catering operation ensuring a successful and efficient service is provided.
• You’ll be responsible for recruiting and training staff, working with the kitchen team to develop the menu, order stock, control budgets, and record income and expenses.
• You’ll ensure that the service provided is first-class through training and motivating the team.
• You’ll organize and supervise the team in preparing and presenting food of the highest quality.
• You’ll ensure that everyone works to strict compliance-led Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
• You’ll ensure that team members are available for their required shifts and that there are enough staff to cover busy periods.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Outlet Manager, Chef Manager role
• Having experience to handle international school cafeterias is added advantage
• Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills
• At least 5 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
