Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing team in driving revenue and ensuring smooth coordination of corporate, travel agent, and group business. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, maintain client relationships, and assist in sales activities to promote Mines Beach Resort.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales & Marketing team.
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, quotations, and correspondence.
- Follow up on contracts, bookings, deposits, and client requirements.
- Handle incoming enquiries and room reservations received through the Sales Office.
- Maintain accurate client records and update relevant systems.
- Coordinate site inspections, familiarization trips, and client visits.
- Support sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and trade shows.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of events and group bookings.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in tracking business opportunities.
- Maintain sales collateral, presentation materials, and sales kits.
- Build and maintain good relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners.
- Attend sales meetings and perform other duties assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset.
- Experience in hospitality sales will be an added advantage.
