Your Impact:

• Handling complaints about late deliveries, missing item or damaged goods.
• Monitoring deliveries in real time to ensure orders go out correctly and arrive on schedule.
• Ensure adherence to delivery SOPs, safety guidelines and company policies.
• Managing delivery orders (DO) and other paperwork to ensure record are completed and organized

Must Have:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent
• Able to work overtime when required (OT allowance will be provided)
• Willing to work in Nilai Factory area
