Position Overview:

The Site/Project Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing site personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on the construction site.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of site workers and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation.
• Manage site resources, including materials and equipment.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the site.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Provide leadership and direction to site personnel.
• Qualifications:
• CIDB Certification

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
• CIDB Certification

Working Conditions:

• This position requires working on-site, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions.
• The role may require occasional evening or weekend work to meet project deadlines.

• Proven experience as a Site/Project Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
