Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Executive to support the smooth day-to-day operations of Laurea People’s Signature (LPS). The ideal candidate will manage administrative, office, and coordination tasks efficiently while ensuring a productive and well-organised work environment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can multitask, work independently, and contribute to operational excellence across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, organise, and safeguard all company files, records, contracts, documents, and administrative materials in both physical and digital formats, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, confidentiality, and compliance with company document management standards.
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative processes.
  • Oversee office supplies, vendors, facilities, and procurement.
  • Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee records.
  • Process invoices, expenses, petty cash, and maintain documentation systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, internal communications, reports, and company events.
  • Liaise with internal teams, service providers, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, operations, or office management.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience in HR administration, vendor management, or finance support is an advantage.
  • Preferably based in or willing to work in Cyberjaya

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
