About the role

Homelite Development Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team in Miri, Sarawak. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and identifying new business opportunities for our company. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development.

What you'll be doing

1. Actively prospecting for new leads and clients through cold-calling, networking, and other sales activities

2. Scheduling and conducting in-person or virtual sales meetings with potential clients

3. Presenting our products and services to clients in a clear and compelling manner

4. Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals

5. Providing excellent customer service and support to our existing clients

6. Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline

7. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

8. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

1. At least 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills

4. Proficiency in using sales management and CRM tools

5. A positive, driven, and results-oriented mindset

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Familiarity with the local market and real estate landscape in Miri, Sarawak

8. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
