Job description:
Assist and coordinate in daily management office operation.
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and official documentation.
Assist in E-commerce management & administration
Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems
Prepare official letters, invoices, receipts, and other relevant documents.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time
Qualification:
Diploma and above (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Positive attitude, detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Fast-learner
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
