About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our sales team at our Nilai, Negeri Sembilan location. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales consultants and helping customers find the right vehicles to meet their needs. You will be at the heart of our customer experience, ensuring every visitor receives warm, professional, and attentive service.

Key responsibilities

1. Greet customers warmly upon arrival at the dealership and make them feel welcome

2. Assist sales consultants in conducting vehicle showroom tours and product demonstrations

3. Provide customers with detailed information about vehicle specifications, features, pricing and available financing options

4. Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, test drives and vehicle viewings

5. Handle administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, processing paperwork and managing customer follow-ups

6. Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement
