About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced TECHNICIAN AIRCOND to join our team at MUTIARA AIRCONDITIONING & ELECTRICAL SERVICES' in Ipoh, Perak. As a full-time Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. What you'll be doing

1. Performing installations, servicing, and repairs on a variety of air conditioning systems

2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with air conditioning units

3. Carrying out preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of the systems

4. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any client concerns or queries

5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work carried out

6. Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Technician or in a similar role within the air conditioning industry

2. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of air conditioning systems and components

3. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently

4. Excellent communication and customer service skills

5. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

6. Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
