We are looking for Sales Assistant for our Anta Store. Do apply if you possess a pleasant disposition, are in good command of English, Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia and enjoy working in a cheerful environment among team players. It would be great if you already have sales experience but if you don't, on-the-job training will be provided. Positions are available in IOI City Mall, Putrajaya. Those with merchandising skill are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Detail

• Always be courteous, friendly and helpful to all who walk into the store;
• Be alert and stay focussed on the task at hand, be attentive to the customer's request or signal for assistance;
• Know the products well, know where the merchandise are located, know the brand and what it represents well;
• As far as possible, never let the customers wait unnecessarily. Where they have to wait, keep them updated about the situation on a regular basis and be courteous about it;
• To ensure all merchandise are either properly displayed on the selling floor / else properly stored in the storage area;
• To maintain cleanliness of store & ensure retail floor is in presentable appearance at all time;
• When necessary need to perform stocks transfer in & out stocks;
• Stock take of the Store;
• Merchandise feedback to your superior;
• Any other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
