• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services
• Deliver prepared sales pitches to persuade customers
• Answer incoming calls from customers interested in products or services
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information
• Follow up on leads and conduct cold calls to generate sales
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Record call details and customer responses in the system

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
