Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise and guide the team in handling import and export activities.

2. Resolve issues related to delays, damages or documentation discrepancies.

3. Supervise and monitor staff and outsouce vendors during peak shifts as required.

4. Track export and import KPI such as on-time departure, on-time retrieval & transit performance.

5. Report daily operational status and escalate critical issues to management.

6. Liase with the terminal operator for shipment issues or discrepancies.

7. Train vendors and new staff on the import and export procedures and system usage.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, courier, or air cargo operations.
• Experience in team supervision and vendor management is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational issues effectively.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and air cargo operations is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
