Job Description:

• Responsible for strictly inspecting raw materials in accordance with inspection standards, drawings, and sampling plans.
• Accurately and promptly filling out corresponding incoming material inspection records, reports, and non-conforming product reports to ensure data authenticity and traceability.
• For non-conforming products identified during inspection, immediately initiate an abnormal report and track the entire handling process (such as return, sorting, or special acceptance) until the issue is closed.
• Summarize and statistically analyze incoming inspection data on a monthly basis, conduct preliminary analysis of non-conforming trends, and provide data support for supplier management and quality improvement.
• Daily maintenance and inspection of testing equipment;
• Training of subordinates, and supervision, assessment of employees' work capabilities and behaviors
• Any other tasks assigned by Superior from time to time

Requirements

• At least Diploma or equivalent technical certificate in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ years of experience in IQC/QC
• Be familiar with electronic components or structural parts, such as LRC,IC, PCB, and chassis. Can read simple drawings and product datasheet, proficient in using inspection tools and equipment。
• Able to independently plan and execute the inspection, testing, and anomaly handling of electronic components and assemblies
• Computer Literate
• Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and ability to communicate, read and write in Mandarin (to liaise with China counterpart)
• Can work overtime
