Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTIONS: -
1. Conduct theoretical and practical training in accordance with approved syllabus and regulatory requirements.
2. Deliver lessons related to B1.1 (Mechanical – Aeroplane Turbine) modules, ensuring students understand aircraft systems and maintenance practices.
3. Prepare lesson plans and training materials assessments to support effective learning.
4. Monitor and evaluate students’ performance, progress, and attendance.
5. Ensure all training activities comply with relevant aviation authority (CAAM) standards and company procedures.
6. Participate in external and internal audits, inspections and accreditation processes.
7. Maintain accurate training records, reports and documentation.
8. Keep up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and technical knowledge related to aircraft maintenance.
9. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: -
1. Possess a valid CAAM Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License applicable to category B1 (Mechanical) / aeronautical/ electrical/mechanical engineering degree recognized by local education authorities.
2. 5 years of relevant Aircraft Maintenance experience. The experience shall be representative of the subject to be taught and gained.
3. Prior teaching or instructional experience is an added advantage.
4. Good understanding of applicable aviation authority requirements.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage).
6. Computer literate (Microsoft Office and training-related systems).
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
