Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
A. Incoming Stock Management
Raw Materials & Packaging Materials
Receive and verify incoming goods against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices.
Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
Record all incoming stock into the ERP/system accurately and timely.
Coordinate with QC Department for inspection and approval of received goods.
Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to Purchasing and Warehouse Manager.
Ensure proper labeling and storage of received materials.
Maintain records of supplier deliveries and supporting documents.
B. Outgoing Stock Management
Finished Goods & Stock Transfers
Process Delivery Orders (DO) for customer shipments.
Verify outgoing quantities against approved sales orders.
Coordinate with logistics and transporters for deliveries.
Update inventory records for all stock issued.
Prepare stock transfer documents between warehouses or locations.
Monitor and record stock returns from customers.
Ensure all outgoing stock is properly documented and authorized before release.
C. Inventory Control
Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/system.
Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations.
Assist in cycle counts and annual stock take activities.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and prepare variance reports.
Monitor expiry dates and stock aging for inventory control.
D. Documentation & Administration
Maintain proper filing of GRNs, DOs, stock transfer forms, and inventory reports.
Ensure all warehouse documents are complete and approved.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory movement reports.
Prepare inventory reports for management review.
Maintain records of damaged, obsolete, and returned inventory.
E. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with Purchasing regarding incoming materials.
Coordinate with Production regarding material issuance and consumption.
Coordinate with Sales regarding customer deliveries.
Coordinate with Finance regarding inventory reconciliation and stock adjustments.
Liaise with transporters and suppliers regarding delivery schedules.
F. Compliance & Safety
Ensure warehouse activities comply with company SOPs and policies.
Support implementation of FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
Maintain proper housekeeping and document control.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality requirements (for F&B manufacturing).
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
