### About Us
Best Bike Motors is a fast-growing motorcycle sales and financing company. We are looking for a careful and responsible Agreement Admin Assistant / Documentation Admin Assistant to support our operations and documentation team.
This role is suitable for someone who has a keen eye for detail, is careful with documents, and can follow SOP properly.

### Job Responsibilities
- Check motorcycle loan agreements and related documents carefully
- Make sure customer details, IC number, address, model, chassis number, engine number and agreement information are correct
- Assist in preparing, checking and organizing agreement documents
- Follow up on missing or incorrect documents with the internal team
- Assist with insurance opening / insurance-related documentation when required
- Request eHak, FIS or related system documents when required
- Check Delivery Order when stock arrives
- Verify motorcycle model, colour, chassis number and engine number against records
- Assist in arranging transport, runner or delivery coordination when needed
- Update internal records and status in system
- Filing, scanning and organizing physical and digital documents
- Support daily general admin duties
- Work closely with operations team to ensure documents and stock movement are accurate

### Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in any related field
- 1–2 years admin, documentation, clerk or operation support experience is an advantage
- Experience in motorcycle dealership, car dealership, finance, insurance or loan documentation is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with good attitude and strong attention to detail may apply
- Must be careful, organized and responsible
- Keen eye for detail and able to spot document errors
- Able to follow SOP and complete tasks properly
- Basic computer skills, Google Sheets / Excel knowledge is an advantage
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
- Mandarin speaking is an advantage for internal coordination with Mandarin-speaking team members and suppliers
- Able to work in a fast-paced SME environment

We are looking for someone who is careful with documents and does not simply rush through work.
You should be someone who:
- Checks details properly before submitting
- Can spot small mistakes in agreements or documents
- Is responsible with customer and motorcycle information
- Can follow instructions and SOP
- Is willing to learn insurance, eHak, FIS and dealership documentation process
- Can support the operations team with general admin and coordination work

Basic Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,800 per month
