Qualifications & Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (high-potential fresh graduates with strong drive are welcome to apply)
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and prepare monthly management accounts
• Perform account reconciliations, including intercompany and balance sheet accounts
• Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis to support business decisions
• Support audit processes, tax matters, and ensure compliance with financial standards and company policies
• Monitor capital expenditure, cost analysis, and operational financial activities
• Work closely with internal departments, including operations and sales teams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Assist in process improvements and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Supervise and guide junior team members where required
