Join Our Team! Sales Executive Wanted at EV Charging Installation Company located in Kuantan, Pahang.
We provide full-stack, end-to-end EV charging infrastructure—from residential private condos to public fast-charging networks. We are expanding our team and looking for a talented Sales Executive to work with us!

Job Summary/Objective:
This role is responsible for driving business growth by expanding our customer base, promoting our EV chargers and installation services, and consistently achieving or surpassing KPIs and sales targets.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction and eventually meeting and exceeding KPIs set.
· Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities in the EV charging sector within your assigned territory.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients, including businesses and residential customers.
· Provide expert advice and solutions to customers regarding EV charging installation services thru Interact with customers to understand their needs, offer professional advice, and ensure project delivery aligns with their expectations.
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide the best possible solutions for our clients and ensure smooth project implementation.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline in the company's CRM system.
· Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports.
Qualifications:
1. Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or any related field.
2. An Electrical technical background can be an added advantage as it provides a better understanding of EV chargers and installations.
Skills and Competencies:
· 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, or business development role, preferably in renewable energy, electric vehicles, technology, or construction industries.
· Experience in technical sales—such as selling technical products or systems (e.g., electric vehicle charging stations, solar power systems, etc.)—would be a distinct advantage.
· Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills to secure new business.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients at all levels.
· Strong problem-solving skills and good in doing Presentation.
· Excellent communication skills – both oral and written (Mandarin communication is a must with China business partner)
· Willing to travel with valid driver’s license and possess own transport.
