Redpyne Hiring! Full Time PROJECT ENGINEER (RAN) in Sarawak - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate telecom RAN deployment projects from planning to completion ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget and meets quality standards.

• Monitor site survey, installation, integration, testing, commissioning and acceptance activities.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Prepare project reports, documentation, schedules, and progress updates.

• Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.

• Support site acceptance, troubleshooting, maintenance, and network optimization activities.

• Prepare BOQ, RFQ, monitor project costing and material usage.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecom infrastructure, RAN deployment, or network integration projects.

• Familiar with Huawei, Ericsson, or ZTE equipment.

• Knowledge of LTE and 5G technologies.

• Experience in site survey, installation, integration, ATP/SAT, and site acceptance processes.

• Able to read technical drawings and telecom documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and project reporting.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
